My product arrived damaged or defective
That's on us, and we'll make it right, fast.
What to do
Send us a message at support@getomniair.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number (#100...)
- A photo of the damage (or a short description of the defect)
- Whether you'd like a replacement or a refund
We'll get back to you the same day with the next steps.
What "damaged or defective" means
- Packaging arrived torn open or visibly destroyed
- Product is broken, deformed, or unusable
- Wrong product was sent
- Strips that don't have adhesive on them (production defect)
What's not covered as defective
- Strips that "didn't work for you" personally. See What is your return policy? for how we handle this
- Normal wear after use
- Damage caused after delivery
Do I need to send it back?
In most cases, no. We trust the photos you send. For higher-value items (like our Travel Case) we may ask for the item back, with a prepaid return label we provide.
You won't pay for return shipping on damaged or defective items.
