How do I return my order?
Not the right fit? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to send unopened items back.
How returns work
- Go to our return portal and enter your order number plus email
- Select the items you want to return
- Choose your preferred carrier (PostNL, DHL, or DPD)
- Print the return label and stick it on your package
- Drop it off at a service point or the carrier of your choice
You'll receive a confirmation email once we receive your return.
What can be returned?
✅ Unopened, unused products in original packaging ✅ Within 30 days of delivery ✅ All items from the original order
❌ Opened pouches or used products. We can't accept these for hygiene reasons. If a product didn't work the way you expected, contact us. We always look at these cases individually and want to find a solution.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer. The cost depends on your chosen carrier and is shown at the return portal when you book the label.
If we sent you the wrong product or it's defective, we cover return shipping. Just let us know first.
