What is your return policy?
Short version: 30 days, unopened items, customer pays return shipping. Here are the details.

Why we can't accept opened pouches
Our products go directly on or in your face. Nasal strips, mouth tape. For hygiene reasons, we can't resell anything that has been opened, even if it looks untouched. We treat your safety the same way we'd want ours treated.
But what if a product didn't work for me?
We get it, and we want you to be happy. If you've tried a product and it genuinely didn't work the way you expected, contact us directly with your order details. We always look at these cases individually and almost always find a solution that works for both of us.
