Before reaching out

Quick check:

  • Bundle order? Some bundles ship in multiple parcels. Check your tracking, there may be a second package on its way.
  • Letterbox vs parcel? Smaller items sometimes arrive separately. Check your mailbox and any parcel drop-off spot.

If something is genuinely missing

Send us a message at support@getomniair.com with:

  • Your order number (#100...)
  • What's missing (which product, which colour or size)
  • A photo of what you received (this really helps us figure out what happened)

We'll send the missing item out to you right away. No need to return what you already received.
