Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders fast, really fast. So if you need to make a change, time is everything.

The 15-minute window

Our warehouse starts processing orders within 1 hour of you placing them. To make sure we can still catch your order in time, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing it.

How to change or cancel

Email us immediately at support@getomniair.com with:

• Your order number (#100...)
• What you'd like to change or cancel

We'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

If your order has already shipped

We can't change or cancel orders that have already been processed by the warehouse. But you do have options:

• Wrong product or quantity? You can return any unopened items within 30 days for a refund. See How do I return my order?
• Wrong address? See I entered the wrong address
• Don't want it anymore? Refuse the package on delivery or send it back unopened within 30 days

We process everything quickly. That's the upside. The downside is that changes after that 15-minute window aren't always possible.
