I entered the wrong shipping address

It happens, especially with autofill or quick checkout. Here's what to do.

If you just placed the order

Email us immediately at support@getomniair.com with:

  • Your order number (#100...)
  • The correct shipping address

Our warehouse processes orders within 1 hour. The sooner you let us know, the better your chances we can still update it.

If your order has already shipped

Once a package is with the carrier, we can't change the address from our side. Your options:

  1. Wait for the package at the old address and have someone forward it
  2. Contact the carrier (PostNL or DHL) directly. Sometimes they let you redirect to a pickup point with your tracking code
  3. Refuse delivery. The package will be returned to us and we'll send it to your correct address (you may be asked to cover return shipping for the second delivery)

If the package was already delivered to the wrong address

Reach out to us at support@getomniair.com with your order number and a description of what happened. We'll figure out the best resolution together.
