How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime, no questions asked.

In your account

1. Log in to your account
2. Click Subscriptions
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel
4. Click Cancel subscription
5. Confirm

That's it. Your subscription is closed and you won't be charged again.

Before you go, consider pausing instead

If you're cancelling because:

• You have too much stock, pause instead and resume when you need it
• You want them less often, change your frequency to every 2 or 3 months
• You want different products, swap products from your account without cancelling

Pause keeps your subscriber benefits intact. Cancellation is permanent (you can start a new subscription later, but you'll lose any cumulative perks).

Can I get a refund on my last shipment?

If your last shipment was sent and you haven't opened it, you can return it under our normal return policy.

If you've already used it, we can't refund it. But we can make sure no future shipments are sent.
