How do I change my subscription frequency?

Want your strips more or less often? Change it yourself in 30 seconds.

In your account

1. Log in to your account
2. Click Subscriptions
3. Select the subscription you want to update
4. Click Change frequency
5. Pick the new frequency: 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months
6. Save

Done. Your next shipment will follow the new schedule.

What changes when I update frequency?

• The date of your next shipment shifts to match the new schedule
• The price per cycle stays the same per product
• Your 20% first-month discount doesn't reset

When does the change take effect?

Immediately. The new frequency applies to your next shipment. If you've already been billed for an upcoming shipment, that one ships as planned.
