How do I pause my subscription?
Going on holiday? Built up some stock? Hit pause anytime.
In your account
- Log in to your account
- Click Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to pause
- Click Pause
- Choose how long to pause for, or set a specific resume date
Your subscription stops shipping immediately. No charges, no deliveries, until you resume.
How long can I pause?
As long as you need. You can resume manually anytime, or set a future date when it'll automatically pick back up.
What happens to my benefits?
- Your subscription discount stays active when you resume
- You keep your subscriber-only perks (first access to new products, etc.)
- Your frequency stays the same when you resume
Pause vs cancel
- Pause: keep your subscription and benefits, just stop deliveries temporarily
- Cancel: close the subscription completely (you can always start a new one later, but you'll lose any cumulative perks)
If you're not sure which one fits, pause is almost always the better call.
