Your strips show up before the last pack is empty - Cheaper per pack than buying one at a time - Full flexibility. Pause, change frequency, or swap products from your account How delivery works Your subscription ships on the same date each cycle. So if you sign up on the 13th with a monthly subscription, your next delivery ships on the 13th of next month. You'll get an email a few days before each shipment so there are no surprises. No charges, no deliveries, until you resume. How long can I pause? As long as you need. You can resume manually anytime, or set a future date when it'll automatically pick back up. Before you go, consider pausing instead If you're cancelling because: - You have too much stock, pause instead and resume when you need it - You want them less often, change your frequency to every 2 or 3 months - You want different products, swap products from your account without cancelling Pause keeps your subscriber benefits intact. Cancellation is permanent (you can start a new subscription later, but you'll lose any cumulative perks). Can I get a refund on my last shipment? If your last shipment was sent and you haven't opened it, you can return it under our normal return policy. If you've already used it, we can't refund it.
