You'll get a tracking link automatically
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your track and trace link. Click it to see real-time updates from the carrier (PostNL or DHL).
Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it within 24 hours of ordering.
Didn't get a tracking email?
Drop us a message at support@getomniair.com with your order number (#100...) and we'll send your tracking code directly.
Tracking says "delivered" but you don't have the package?
First, check:
- With your neighbours
- In your mailbox (smaller orders ship as letterbox parcels)
- Any garden shed, porch, or designated drop-off spot
- The track and trace details. Sometimes "delivered" means delivered to a pickup point
Still nothing? Get in touch with us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll start an investigation with the carrier.
My package is delayed
A 1 to 2 day delay can happen during busy periods. If your package is more than 5 business days late vs the expected delivery window, send us your order number and we'll look into it right away.
