When do I get my refund?

Once we receive and process your return, your refund is on its way.

The timeline

1. You ship your return. Keep your tracking number
2. We receive it at our warehouse
3. We check the items, usually within 1 to 3 business days
4. Refund processed, back to your original payment method
5. Bank processing. Depending on your bank, this can take up to 10 business days to show on your statement

You'll get a refund confirmation email the moment we process it.

What gets refunded?

• ✅ The product price of all returned items
• ❌ Original shipping costs (if any). These aren't refunded
• ❌ Return shipping. Paid by you

Where does the refund go?

Always back to the original payment method. iDEAL refunds go to your bank account, credit card refunds go to your card, etc. We can't refund to a different account.

Refund taking too long?

If it's been more than 10 business days since you received the refund confirmation email and you still don't see the money, contact your bank first. If they confirm nothing has come in, reach out to us at support@getomniair.com with your order number.
