How do I get an invoice for my order?
Your invoice gets sent automatically when your order is confirmed, but if you need it again or it didn't arrive, here's how.
Check your inbox
After placing your order, you should receive two emails:
- Order confirmation with your invoice details
- Shipping confirmation with track and trace
Make sure to check your spam folder if you haven't received them.
Need a new copy?
Send us a quick message at support@getomniair.com with your order number (starts with #100) and we'll resend it the same day.
Need an invoice on company name (B2B)?
Drop us a line at support@getomniair.com with:
- Order number
- Company name
- VAT number
- Billing address
We'll send you a new invoice with the right details.
